Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a spot and could use some real-world advice. Someone rear-ended me last Tuesday and basically totaled my Camry. I'm mostly okay, just some neck soreness, but the other guy's insurance is offering me way less than what I'm seeing similar cars go for online right now. I've never dealt with this before and I'm worried that if I hire a car accident attorney, their fees will just eat up whatever extra money they might get me. Has anyone actually come out ahead by hiring a lawyer for a situation like this, or should I just try to fight the adjuster myself?
