So I got rear-ended on my way home from work last Tuesday. The other guy's insurance company has already called me twice trying to get me to agree to a quick cash settlement of like $1,200. My car has some bumper damage, and my neck is feeling really stiff and sore (doctor said it’s whiplash and to rest). I’ve never been in a wreck before. Is it normal for them to push a payout this fast? Should I actually call a car accident lawyer or am I overthinking this?
