I was rear-ended at a red light last Thursday. The other driver’s insurance has been blowing up my phone since Friday morning wanting a recorded statement. My neck is pretty stiff, but I haven't gone to the doctor yet. I’m worried if I talk to them I’ll mess something up, but I also don't want to deal with a huge legal headache if it's not necessary. Has anyone been through this?
