So I got rear-ended pretty badly last week and my car is basically totaled. The other person's insurance company called me today with a settlement offer, but honestly, it barely covers the car value, let alone the physical therapy I'm probably going to need for my back. I’ve never had to deal with this before and I'm stressed out. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it worth hiring a personal injury attorney or will they just take all the money anyway?
