Hey everyone, so I was in a rear-end collision about a month ago. Not my fault, the police report says so too. I've got some pretty bad neck pain that isn't going away, but the other guy's insurance just sent me a 'final offer' that barely covers my ER visit, let alone any follow-up physical therapy. I’ve never hired a lawyer before and I'm worried it'll cost more than it's worth. Is it worth getting a personal injury attorney involved, or will they just take all the money anyway? Just looking for some real-world experiences.
