I was rear-ended about two weeks ago. My neck still hurts a bit and my car is totaled. The other guy's insurance called today and offered five grand to close the case right now. It feels low considering my medical bills are already stacking up, but I've never hired a lawyer and honestly the whole process feels kind of intimidating. Has anyone been through this?
